Hi, I’m Freddie! a qualified personal trainer who has been working in the industry helping people achieve their goals for the past 10 years.
After competing in boxing during my early twenties, I decided to switch to training others so that I could share my passion for health and fitness with others.
My passion is to see people improve their lives through movement, I want to get as many people as possible from sedentary, to strong.
I want to make training with me as accessible as possible, wherever you are in the world and whatever materials you have available, I will make it work so that you can get a good workout and achieve your goals.
